My certificate was declined, how can I re-upload it?

To re-upload your certificate, please log into your TGB Account here : https://www.thegelbottle.com/login?back=my-account

Once you've logged in - Go to your TGB Dashboard. Once your dashboard is accessed, head to the 'Certificates' tab and proceed to re-upload your document by clicking on 'Choose File’, select ‘Send File’ and this will come through to our account system.

We aim to review all certificates within 2 hours of uploading Monday-Friday, so look out for an email with an update on your application.
