First things first, don’t panic! Check the spelling of your email and password… we’ve all been there when the only thing in the way of new colours is an extra “_’ or a misspelt email domain.
If that’s all correct then you can request to reset your password and follow the link sent to your inbox. Please check your spam and junk folders!
