How do I place an order?


Use our improved website search or simplified navigation to find your products. Add them to your basket, and check out!


How do I locate a previous order?


Log in to your Customer Account (you'll find the button in the top right of the website, or head to https://thegelbottle.com/login.php) and click 'My Orders'


How do I amend an order?


We are unable to make any changes or amendments to orders after they are placed so please make sure to double check your order before checking out.


How do I cancel an order?


Our friendly Customer Service team are here to help. Contact them via web chat, telephone or email to cancel an order before it is dispatched. This is not always possible but our CS Team will do our best to help!
