Points awarded for purchasing will be added to your account once your order has been dispatched. Points awarded on your birthday will be awarded on the date you’ve shared in your my account area, annually. Points for other interactions like signing up to emails, SMS or social follows will be added to your account up to seven working days afterwards. Points awarded for referring a friend will be awarded to you, after your friend has had their order dispatched. Your referred friend will receive their points after their first order is dispatched too.
