Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is complete. Once the order is scanned by the courier, they will let you know your order is on its way and will send you an expected timeframe for delivery the next day. Orders shipped on a Friday are due for delivery on a Monday.
Please look out for emails from us on order status updates and emails from DHL for your tracking information (also known as a waybill) and your expected delivery date & time :)
