Missed Delivery

Our courier DHL will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery by email and/or text. If you miss the first delivery they will attempt a second and a third time. After the third attempt your parcel will be stored at the local depot for 2 weeks.

If DHL are not contacted by you, it will be returned to us at TGB HQ. If you’d like for us to re-send the parcel you’ll be required to cover the return cost as well as extra charges.
