Why was there a price increase for TGB products?
 

Over the past 24 months, we have experienced rising costs in several areas as we work to develop TGB. This includes bringing manufacturing to the UK, increased staffing costs to match inflation, investing in an in-house R&D department, and higher shipping and raw material costs. These changes were necessary to maintain the quality and service you expect.

Will the price increase affect all products?

No, not all products have experienced a price increase. The price adjustments are limited to certain products and vary depending on the type and quantity.

How much will the price increase affect my business?
 

For those using the full TGB system (including base, two coats of colour or BIAB, or gel pot, and a topcoat), the price increase will add approximately £0.10-£0.20 to the average gel or BIAB service.

How do TGB prices compare to competitors?
 

Even with the price increase, TGB remains competitive:

• Our builder gel is still 5% cheaper compared to 11 key competitors.
• On our 520+ gel colour range, we are 23% less expensive based on price per ml.
• Our topcoats are 8% cheaper compared to competitors.

What actions are being taken to support loyal customers during this price adjustment period?
 

We delayed the price increase for six months to give you more time to adjust. Additionally, we have provided access to a pricing calculator to help you establish your own pricing based on TGB products.
